I went to this club last week and it was the worst club I have ever been to! I purchased some clones from them and when I got home I noticed they were full of mites. Their meds looked like last year's outdoor so I decided not to purchase any. This place is a joke. Their ad in the News and Review is complete bull!I had to wait 30 minutes and there was only 4 other people in the store. You can tell that the owner of this club hired a bunch of kids to work for cheap! They were screwing around, laughing, taking nothing seriously, and had no clue about the meds they sell. It was so bad I asked to speak with the owner! I promise you this place is a waste of your time and money. Just read the other reviews. I wish I had because I would have never gone. Poor service and the worst meds and clones in town. This club should be shut down!

This place is phenomenal! I don't know what the bad reviews on here are all about but today was my first experience and it was all good! A friend who is helping me with my chemo treatments took me here today and we both had a great experience. They verified us really quickly and we went right in to the dispensing area where we were offered drinks and cookies (I was too nauseous after the drive but it was a nice gesture). The dispensary is super nice and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They have a great selection of clones and meds in smokable and edible form. They also take their patient's safety and confidentiality very serious so you're safe and you feel like you're at a nice pharmacy which is how it should be! The icing on the cake was that I got a fat (4.0g) 1/8th of some very nice top shelf medicine and the price was fantastic. It did exactly what the bud tender said it would do...get rid of my nausea without knocking me out. I was told that they are opening two new locations and one of them is close to me in Cameron Park. I can't wait until they open...I've found my new dispensary and after my experience today, I see no reason to go anywhere else!

This club is total hit or miss. If you get the same budtender, 1 out of 5 is actually nice, then you can have a good experience and get something that is fairly priced. Honestly their bud is sub par but priced well with a wide variety of outdoor selections. Usually really old and kinda dusty.. makes me cough (not the really good way eithe). Knowledge is again hit or miss with these guys. Most don't care to further their knowledge either. The staffs actions are juvenille and give medical marijuana a bad name. However, two guys there really do work hard and like I said they are worth it.

Clones are totally not worth it since I have seen them doing cuts straight to dirt on the floor with dirty tools. No clonex, no roots, being sold. Thanks for a twig. However they carry larger healthier clones for fair prices. I never bought one to see the result because I don't trust plants kept in the open for people to touch. Most growers are mite infested.

Security and front desk people are really friendly and give me just the right feeling needed when purchasing meds.
In the end I go here when I need a deal and pray that my budtenders are there and help me out. Fair price for bad weed the top shelf is sub par for its cost. Vendor appointments are impossible here.

(And the horrible customer service? Stacy, who always makes me feel rushed and that I'm bothering her, And Brian, the owner (?), who was jibber jabbering with some girl while I stood there at the counter waiting for him, I had to actually stop him and tell him what I wanted after standing there for 5 minutes)

This place used to be fabulous! The staff was friendly and knowledgable, the strains were plentiful and potent. There was one budtender in particular that I loved dealing with because of his knowledge and passion of his job and his patients that had recently been terminated according to another employee. And because he wasn't there, I was very weary on looking through my choices and asking my normal set of questions concerning my ailments. The other budtenders acted as if no one was around, including their language and subject matter. It basically seemed like I didn't exist. Now the prices and selection are awesome, no complaints. But customer service and knowledge is key to running a business. I was sad to see this certain budtender go and I am confident I will find him at another location in Sacramento, and that is where I will take my business, but I will never, ever, ever visit this place again. Plus what's with the wand?? I'm disabled and getting my medicine, don't treat me like a criminal. On that note, security wasn't much, they might want someone that's a little more scary looking. Giving one star is too much.

It has changed, everything is different and they no longer can provide good cannabis for a fair price. This place is the worst experience and most negative feeling I have ever felt leaving a club, or about Medical Marijuana! I hate this place with a passion and to me it represents what I hope the other clubs don't turn into. It's worse than going to the Kaiser pharmacy. At least at Kaiser I don't feel like I'm in county jail. They wave you over to an area where this guy is telling me you can't have a cell phone or any other electrical device, and waving me with a wand up and down. I started taking off my shoes and the guy stopped me. I hear them tell somebody sitting on their couch with their ride that unless the driver had a card they would have to go sit in the car. Great now we have a situation where we have a bunch of people sitting in cars in the parking lot next to a mexican restaurant waiting for the "buyers". One more step in making dispenseries look bad.

With all that aside, the worst is still to come. I get a number, like when you go to a government office and you have to wait behind like 20 people, and that's exactly what I did. The second wating room was a bunch of chairs crammed into the corner. A wall of clones with people waiting for their number, leaning against it. The numbers start flipping around, confusing everyone. They go from number 22 to 007. I had enough and I left. I never made it to the counter. I drove almost an hour to get there, but I had just had it. I had to go check it out though and it really was a bad trip, man. You don't feel like a patient, you feel like a junky at a methadone clinic or a criminal in county jail. When I was leaving, I was asked how it went and I told them the truth. I said, "It's one big cluster F*** in there and I won't be coming back". I did not feel like a medical patient obtaining meds for my disability, I felt like crap, like I was at the DMV or I had done something wrong. It set my day real bad and put me into a real negative mode. I would go and buy on the streets before I would go to this place again. If you patronize this place, shame on you! You are telling them it is ok to do what they are doing and it is not ok! Don't just go to a club because it's close, go to a club because it's good. We decide how we are going to be treated. We pay for their clubs. Demand the best and let the bad clubs go out of business. Peace

I went to River City and the budtenders didn't even know what they were talking about when I ask them questions. They were all a bunch of kids playing around. Jumping up and down and not paying any attention to the people that were there. At one point I looked over to my right and noticed there was a budtender not helping anyone and he was weighing stuff out, then putting it in his pocket and walking to the bathroom. That's when I left and will never go back. Look in the budtenders pockets if you want to find the Fire!

Been going to RCWC for a long time back in the Broadway days. The customer service is usally great but the last two visits for me leave me longing for the old days when the people who own this place were at the counter. Yesterday I ask for a quarter of Indica and the guy put two jars down and says this is the best we have, but its sativa. Okay heres the name of the strains, Trainwreck and Seni Star, both are not sativas. So I play with this kid and I say well, I know trainwreck is a stavia but isn't senistar a hybrid? Of which he answers yes. So there's my problem. Good thing I was looking for Indica, because the patients who are looking to take care of certain needs and not just looking for a high. I dont think the young kids get it. I still have mad love for RCWC but don't forget the customer service. Still can't beat the prices.

I've been there 4 times. The first 2 times I got 4 quaters of their best purps on hand. GDP (which was the best GDP I've ever seen), purple erkle was awesome, purple kush was really good, and grape ape was good, too. It was expensive, but each one was half gram over. I wasn't real happy, but satisfied enough to go back and do it again.

The third time I went (which was the next day) they ran out of all the good top shelf strains and it seems like they just grabbed the middle shelf and slapped top shelf labels on them. The next time I went I didn't buy from them.

When it's good it's worth it, but they will charge you the same even if it's not.

This was my first visit to any club so I didn't really know what to expect. The place looks like any other storefront in a shopping center and the parking was just as appropriate. Once inside I was greeted by two guys both wearing business attire. It looked like a reception area at a doctor/dentist office, very clean. One checked me in, took maybe 2 minutes. The other guy was security with a metal detector(for guns/knives? I presumed). It made me feel like I was in a safe environment. However since I was there with my buddy who was there the day before and chatted it up with the guys pretty good, We didn't get the metal detector. On to the main room where it was quite overwhelming, in a good way. There were sets of chairs for waiting while your number to be called.(unemployment office/DMV chairs?) There were shelves along the back wall with plants, maybe 50-100 plants of each strain. about 5-6 strains. There are tv monitors with the available strains grouped by price. The selection was where the overwhelming part comes in. At least 5 and up to 15 strains in each price grouping. I was like a kid in a candy store. When they call your number, you go up to a counter with windows kind of like a bank. At each window there was a basket with 25-30 little jars. Each jar was labeled clearly what kind it was. Also behind the counter there were big jars. You could look at the buds, touch the buds, smell the buds as long as you don't touch your nose or put it in your nose.(I never thought about it before but I don't want to smoke something thats been "smelled alot") Danny was our tender and he was very cool-seemed knowledgeable, and was't pushy. I took probably 15 minutes looking at the variable brands and prices and nugs. I was looking for top shelf and Danny suggested Lemon Erkle but I didn't like the way the nugs looked. I chose a 1/2 oz Blue Dream. Danny said that the Lemon Erkle was better and suggested I get 1gram in my half to try. I did and should have listened to Danny. The lemon Erkle was better but both were pretty good. I also got some mid grade Pot of Gold. Good for the daytime, energizing, but it did give me a headache. The selection is great, the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. They also give you a free joint with some hash with EVERY purchase. I'm going to try other places to see what's out there but I will go back to River City Wellness.

When your number is finally called, they will show you their so called high grade. It is crap and everything looks like it has been kiefed out.

The only good thing is they over weigh it, but you are also over paying. If you want good weed, don't come here. If you are looking for quantity, than this is the place to go.

Saturday I decided to go and check this place out. I've heard a lot good things about it, and I've also read a lot of bad reviews on this site. So, I went up to check it out for myself. Since it was my first time I had to get verified and it took maybe 5 minutes. I got my ticket and went into the bud room. I may have been lucky but no one was there. Ok, like 3 people, one in which was my buddy I went up with. Since no one was there I got to go right up to the counter. I told them it was my first time and got the rundown. I knew I was going to get a half Oz. and I knew I was going topshelf. I asked to see the big jars behind the servers. She grabbed three jars that all looked and smelled great. I ended up looking at like 8 or 10 different jars. She then told me I could get the half in 1/8's or 1/4's, which pumped me up. Then a few of the other staff members gave their opinion on what was fire and what was fresh in stock. So I got 1/8 Afawreck, 1/4 Pineapple express(this stuff was like a rock, I love that) and 1/8 Grandaddy purp which looked so yummy. They also had a special bud in called Mr Nice Guy (bomb). When it came time to weight it out, I ended up getting about a gram free and no big stems. I also got a free joint and a gram of hash, which they don't always do the hash. I also took my time and i never felt rushed or like people were waiting because they have a good staff there working to take care of everyone.

Later that day I tried the pineapple first and got nice and ripped up. After awhile I tried the Afwreck. I liked the taste and good high, and this morning it's been me and the G.D.P.'s and a cup of coffee and I feel great! I feel like I got good stuff there and am happy with prices and staff. I will go back again.

This is my regular dispensary and I've used it roughly 5 times at the old place and 5 times at the new place. I agree with some other reviews on certain issues so here are my thoughts.

- The new place had some process problems for the first month or so. Now, you get a number when you arrive and there isn't any more "cutting in line" confusion. Additionally, they've worked out their computer system and scanner so if you are a regular it's an id scan and boom, you are in the service room.

- If you go on or after payday (1st, 2nd, 15th, 16th and last day of the month) then you are going to be waiting. I've waited up to an hour. On the other hand I've went at non-payday times and had no wait at all.

- I've always dealt with the same two guys, who have treated me great and provided excellent service.

- The top shelf stuff, in my opinion, is not top shelf and is not worth the money they charge. It seems it's priced that way for looks or name alone. So far I've tried top shelf Strawberry Diesel, Hindu Skunk, Green Crack and MK Ultra. I started buying half middle and half top shelf. As time went on I'd buy less and less top shelf and more middle shelf. Now I don't buy top shelf at all from this place, period.

- The location is great and convenient. Lots of parking, feels safe and lots of food around if you get hungry.

- I like a pure Sativa or blend and so far my staple middle shelf strains at RCW are Granddaddy Purps x Haze, KC Jones, Super Silver Haze and Jack Herrer when they have it.

- I've seen lots of improvements at the new spot. Something is different every time I show up. Now serving numbers, TVs, more clones etc.

If I could offer some advice or suggestions to RCW it would go like this:

1. Price your stock on potency and effect, not name and looks.

2. Drop the price of your top shelf.

3. Have at least one counter for express purchases. The wait time is ridiculous at some points during the month.

4. (Ok this one is big but hey, dream big...) Increase customer input on your strains and price accordingly. Let us rate the strains on a website or even on a card while we wait. If you are having problems grouping things into low, middle and top shelf pricing tiers then this system will ensure your best stock gets your premium price.

5. Keep staff that aren't working or performing other tasks out of the customer service room. It's very frustrating to be sitting for a long period of time and see staff standing around and not helping the large amount of waiting customers. Basically, take your breaks in the back.

Well that's about it. If you implement these steps, especially 1 and 2, then I believe you will increase customer confidence and loyalty which will translate into more sales. Peace!

I went to this club for the first time about a week ago. The building is nice and the entire staff was wearing uniforms and were very professional. I walked in the door to be greeted by a guard and a man behind a desk, both wearing nice suts and well groomed. I noticed one very attractive female working there as well. It took about 5 minutes to get verified and then they gave me a ticket number I took to the bud room where I waited about 10 mintues before being called up to the counter where I was greeted by a nice and professional bud tender. They are all males working in the bud room, about 20 of them. I asked the tender for the best top shelf sativa in the house. The tender next to him went and grabbed two big bottles with two different kinds of marijuana in each one. As I glanced down at them the first bud tender that was helping me opened up one and said this is really the best one of the two, it normally sells out in the first day we get it. I checked out the bud and it didn't have many crystals on it, but it smelled really clean and good. I don't remember what the name of the strain is and his writing on the sticker on the bag isn't good enough to read. It starts with an A and ends with a R. When I got home and tried some of it, it was just a very low mellow feeling if any and I couldn't seem to get much effect out of it no matter how much I smoked. After smoking this strain for a week I am starting to wonder if it's even a female plant. I mean it must be, but there is just no medicating effect whatsoever. Yesterday I smoked big bong rips all day long, one right after another and it hardly had any effect on me. If this is the best stuff in the house and their top shelf I'd hate to see what the $28 1/8's are like. I also bought a big jumbo roll (joint) and smoked half of one of them and it did nothing to me. I got tired of smoking it and put it out. He gave me another one of them for free since it was my first time so I opened it up before even lighting it and looked at the so called marijuana that is in it and it doesn't even look like marijuana at all. There are no crystals on it, it's brown and it smells like that fake weed they sell in high times. I'm not sure what it is about cannabis clubs, but I used to get better stuff off the street 15 years ago than what is being offered at these so called professional cannabis clubs. When I got my prescription I thought I was really going to get some good stuff at the clubs, but I guess not. Is there anywhere to get 2 or 3 hit stuff? Or was I just lucky to have tried that kind of marijuana at one time in my life? As far as River City Wellness Collective goes I would not go back and if you do go don't ask for the best stuff in the house cause it will cost you $160 for a half oz of marijuana that has hardly any thc content in it.

If you want to deal with boys and girls playing dispensary, then this is the place for you.

Based upon an ad they are running, I called to see if they had a particular strain. They explained that they don't give out that info over the phone, which I understand. Then they told me that, "If your asking for LA Confidential, you won't be disappointed if you come in."

I drive out and get verified because I haven't been there since they moved. Instead of explaining to me their current two-tiered waiting system, the staff was occupied with how to tape up a hand drawn paper sign to the door. What was on the paper sign is unknown to me. Because I have no idea of the secondary wait station, I get some woman of questionable upbringing chewing me out because she thinks I'm cutting. Again, the staff at the counters don't explain anything.

So I sit down and wait to be called up. I get up there, ask if they have any LA Confidential, and am told, "No." So I left. Disappointed. I am fine with dispensaries having a policy of nondisclosure over the phone, but to jerk around customers is unacceptable. But hey, the decor is very nice.

I posted a review recently but I felt my most recent visit was worth another review.

It should be known, if you visit, that the nugs in the jars that they dish the weed out from do not always look like the ones in the sample jars that they let you look through. I have been seeing a lot of jars full of popcorn/leaf bits/shake, and have received a couple of really crappy bags the last 2 times I went there, when I was not paying attention to what I was actually receiving.

The last time I went I bought a quarter ounce of Lavender. The nugs looked kind of so-so but I wanted to see what the high was like (I was already high, that's my excuse). When I got home and saw the bag there were several nugs on which everything but the stem was black. Not dark purple, but 100% jet black, from mold. I am afraid to even open the bag, much less smoke the stuff, and I would not give it to my worst enemy. I am going to attempt to return this bag, with a recommendation that they remove this toxic "medicine" from their selection, and I hope that they will allow me to at least exchange it.

Now, I walk into this giant room, where they point me to the next giant room, where I sit down in a chair next to 5-12 other people, waiting my turn to walk up to the counter.

When I get to the counter after an hour or so of waiting, only very bottom shelf and some of the mid-grades are on the counter for me to view. I used to just walk up to the counter and start looking, and they would help other people if I wasn't ready, but now if I take my time I'm just wasting everyone else's time, so I feel very, very rushed, which is a real pain considering how long I had to wait to view the selection.

As I look through the lows/mids, the guy helping me gets a little impatient. They often have specials where some of the Highs are priced same as the Mids, but there is only one on the counter and it's a real pain getting the guy to show me them off the shelf in the back, and I don't want to ask to see them again after going through all of them. So, I wind up buying a quarter here, quarter there, of whatever looks decent, instead of a couple ounces of what I really want.

The top grade seems like kind of a joke to me, and doesn't really bridge the gap in terms of quality between the Mids and the Tops. I think that if the weed is semi-great it becomes Top Shelf. If it's Medium-strength with high bag appeal it becomes High-Grade, and if it's medium potency with low-medium bag appeal it gets called Mid-grade. I bought 3 different kinds of the High grade once and wound up smoking some cheaper (but better) stuff I had bought and selling the High grade because it "looks" better.

So, this last time I went I bought the mids I was talking about, but knew the quality would suck and I would be stuck with lots of weed I could only sell at cost to get it out of my sight, with little to smoke for myself. So with the last of my money I decided to buy some of the top shelf, so I wouldn't have to smoke any of the mids I had bought when I found out they were all garbage (it all did turn out to be garbage).

I tell the guy I want the best in the house and he brings me 3 jars that looked "okay" to me. I said, "there are the best?" and he said, "yeah". Sorry, but that LA confidential looks hella nasty with those tiny-ass nugs and I know it ain't the best, who are you trying to kid? I bought a quarter of each of the others and regretted it. Quality was "High", but hardly "Top", and this should have been worthy "High Grade". The ATF was pretty good, but the MK Ultra sucked by comparison and should have been High or Top grade. The Dynamite is far better than either of these, but I hadn't had it since they moved and didn't see it right away, so I didn't know it was available until I was on my way out. There were probably some other good ones mixed into the whole crappy list, but of course I never got the chance to see them before I got out of the store after 70 minutes.

I felt like I'd been treated poorly and had inferior weed pawned off on me because I don't come to the new location as much as I used to the old location, so this new kid didn't know me. When I ask for the best it's because I need the best, dude, not because I have money to waste on your expensive shwag. Save that crap for someone else who doesn't know the difference, thanks.

From now on I will come here only when I need some cheap weed to hook a friend up who barely smokes. When I want something good to smoke for myself I will go to any other club in Sacramento and get much better Top Shelf for a cheaper price, and probably be treated more like a valued customer, instead of just a customer.

I just wanted to say that I was the first to write a review about River City and wanted to add a few more thoughts. River City to me is still the best place in town to get the best meds in town at a very good price. Some are saying they jack up prices, but that is just not the case. The prices are the same as they have always been. I do have to say I would not purchase the top shelf because at some point the move to the special top shelf, so why pay more? The staff is still very nice and if you're waiting, what does that tell you? That is a good thing. People go where the goods are, so for a good price and good meds, there's a wait. When you get your turn they take the time to show you anything you want, without making you feel like you must hurry. So with that this is still the best in town for price and quailty. Thank you RCW

I've been to the old location and to the new one. Overall, it's a decent club. I recommend this club to anyone on a budget who wants (or needs) to stick to under $40 an 8th or less than $70 a quarter.

PROS:

-Good values for mid-high grade. There are some very decent flowers in the $28/8th and $35/8th categories.

-Clean and spacious waiting area and back room (this comment applies to new location only!)

- The staff. Knowledge and honesty is hit or miss, however some staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. For example they know that such-and-such strain is about a 60/40 indica dominant, and they will direct you honestly toward the best values.

-They weigh buds right in front of you and they weigh heavy: my 1/8ths were around 4g, and grams at about 1.2.

CONS:

-Wait time. Last time I was there, even though I'd been there before (so there was no verification time) it took 20+ minutes before I was called to be served.

-"Top Shelf" is either $45 or $50 /8th and even though that's a reasonable cap for top shelf 8ths, I have to say none of the top shelf was truly "top shelf" quality. I mean, their top shelf includes some good buds, but not super frosty and dank like I associate with the term "top shelf"-- so I wouldn't go to this club if your main goal is premium top shelf medicine.

-The staff. Knowledge and honesty is hit or miss, however, some staff are not so knowledgeable about things like percentage of sativa in a hybrid, they mostly just tell you every strain is good or that such-and-such strain is "potent", "bomb", "fire", "dank", etc. without really telling you anything about the strain.

-The clones are ok but not uniformly healthy. Some look good, you just have to spend a little time choosing your plants.

-Edibles are now in a vending machine and there is a pretty small selection. Have questions about edibles? They point you to the vending machine. This is new, they never did this before. I liked it better before with a bigger selection and being helped by a real live person instead of a machine.

Here it is, the club to take the time to go back after you do. You'll be back or my name isn't, well, you don't have to worry what my name is. You'll be back though, that's what matters. Cheap grams and ozs, or you can spend a little more and take it to the limits. Look, I've been around here, there and back, from the Bay to LA, Sac to the Oregon border. I'm not sayin it's the best but I am sayin it's nice and they're nice. The wait might be long, but go grab a bite after you sign in. Enjoy.

I have been to this club and I would say they are consistent at two things: Dirt cheap bud and making me wait 45 minutes. I can't talk bad about them because the staff is super friendly, they always weigh the buds over, and you can't beat the prices. But you get what you pay for. For a 65 dollar quarter you get bud that doesn't compare to other local dispensaries, and you better pencil out an hour of your day to sit and count the tiles. They only have one cash register and it often sits idle while you wait for each customer one at a time to analyze every strain on the shelf.

I have to agree with Aaron G on what he said. Don't get me wrong, the staff is great and I would recommend anyone to go but they have gotten a little greedy and upped their prices. The same type of meds I use to pick up has now gone up in prices and they say it's different stuff but come on, really? I've been a smoker a long time now and can tell what's what. Go back to the way you guys use to be when I first found your adds in the SNR which was the home of 50$ 1/4 and 28$ 1/8. They have moved pretty far from me now so give a good reason to be that loyal patient that I was.

This is now a Class AAA place!! This collective recently moved and this move has increased the size of the parking, patient and cloning facilities. This is now located in a safer area of town for safe access. This is a class operation. They have nearly 20 + strains of "Top Shelf" alone at capped prices! They have a large selection of a few well known strains of clones. Very clean and well managed. Staff is friendly and helpful!

This is now my favorite collective!!

There was a 20 minute wait to get into the main room, then it was going to be another 20 minute wait in the main room because they are totally disorganized. There's no order of any kind in the main room.

When I walked into the main room I was initially impressed by the large number of clones until strains and nothing I wanted. I can't talk about the meds because I never made it that far and I won't be back. While I was in the outer room I noticed at least half a dozen people who had gone into the main room left without buying anything. Now I know why.

There are a lot of dispensaries in Sacramento so there's no reason to put up with a club this poorly run.

I don't know what day the guy above came in on but the trip I took here was a little different. It's hands down the best club around. The customer service is impeccable, the selection is almost overwhelming, there's so much to choose from, and the prices are amazing. I got an eighth of some super sticky quirkel for 35 bucks that would easily sell for fifty or more at other clubs and to boot the guy weighed it up to 4.1! So this is the place to go, no need to shop around. They got it all, plus a joint and some hash on every visit.

Hands down River City Wellness is the best club in Sac. On Monday, I went in for my first time and the staff was all really chill and helpful, the coolest people. They had a nice selection of clones to look at while I waited to be helped at the counter. When I got to their counter, it was lined with all these different jars, all full. They had great variety at low prices, starting at $28 an 1/8, unheard of anywhere else. I picked up 1/4 of outdoor boonana, great smell, nice big dense nugs, $50!! No where else in Sac have I found 1/4 for $50. That alone will keep me a dedicated patient. They relocated today to a location off of I-80, and I am disappointed that I have to drive 40 minutes now to pick up my meds, but you can't beat the high quality for low prices that RCW supplies.

This used to be my favorite club. I'm afraid since they started getting bigger, they also started getting greedy (or just have too much to handle). The only reason they got big is the $200 ounce topshelf special that they ran for months and then once they got their loyal customers, they upped the prices. They used to give out hash and a joint with every visit and now they seem to be done with the hash. Additionally the third cake I purchased (different week) was significantly smaller than the rest. Add the crazy wait lines in both the lobby and the main room, and you're looking at 30 minutes. The overall quality seems to have taken a turn for the worse, but you get what you pay for. At $65 a 1/4 it's not bad. The staff is nice and helpful and they will usually give a little extra. Whether you get potent meds, is hit or miss. I just wish this place was the same as it was back in October. I'll probably keep going until they move way out to Natomas but if you guys read this, c'mon--get back to what made you guys good!

Ladies and Gentlemen!! Smokers and Tokers!! Yes, there is a heaven away from heaven at the River city wellness club. My first time there felt like I was in the movie"Half baked". They have the best prices hands down and have the best strains for the cheapest price. Where can you get an 1/8 of master kush for under $30 or buy one get one free of "earth quake, or Pineapple Express"? Huh? What, I can't hear you. Oh, and they have the best deals on clones and they treat you like your a king with the best service and snacks and drinks while you wait. Also they give you a free joint and hash with every purchase. I love going there and I go no where else. I don't care what someone says about another club. It is also secure and clean and has a friendly staff that greet you with a warm smile. Check them out, and this is a customer saying this, not a worker. Now excuse me, I gotta blaze this Berry White Budd. Peace, and remember Marijuana is a medicine, not a drug.

This is by far the absolute best dispensary in Sacramento! The staff was courteously helpful. You could tell they honestly care! Plus the prices are unbeatable ($170 Oz mid - $200 Oz Top Shelf Special). They even have eights at $28 and grams at $10! The quality of the top shelf medicine was the best that I have ever seen at any club so far! Well worth the extra money! They had the widest selection of strains to choose from, compared to most! Many healthy clones at reasonable prices($7-$10). They even gave me a joint and some hash and when I asked they said, "it comes with every purchase". The only complaint I have is I didn't see any mother plants for sale and that they are closed on Sundays.

Lots lots lots of choices and at these prices you can live without giving up paying the elec. bill or something like that.

Just wanted to add that I purchased a edible and I never have any luck with the edibles(anything). So for me to pay $7 bucks for anything to eat is big.. So like I was saying I purchased this delicious brownie that was so so potent I now know why people like the edibles...They tell you let it sit to room temp.. and maybe you should have it on empty stomach and I did all that and WOW so now this is something will purchase more often was so great......The price is good too $7 for small one got 2-3 doses out of this brownie.

When they did call and confirm my script I was quickly in and checking out a large number of great and good choices. They even had a sale going on! I got some top shelf That was very tastey. I also got two kinds of their mid grade buds. Both as good as some other places top shelf! They have clones but I didnt have time to look at them much. I was a new patient they gave me two good joints and a generous amount of Bubble hash. The hash is fine. Add a sprinkel to any joint or bowel and you have... Well for the first time in many years I was forgetting to finish the damn joint. I would come back from where ever I had wandered off too, and find more than half joint in the ash tray. It more than doubled the time before I was shopping for more meds. (maybe I shouldnt tell them that) As Im up in the foothills, Its a special trip for mmeds and I like to make it count.
