Marconi Medical is what most people are looking for--no frills on the overhead and a huge commitment to quality and price. They will do their best to help with whatever need you have. They are the most consistent at providing good selection with reasonable pricing options.

The older man that was working the morning we went in was a real jerk. I asked a simple question in a polite manner, the guy seemed to have lost his temper almost immediately. I was treated like I was 3 years old, and was very offended. This was my first time ever there and this was probably the worst I have ever been treated ever in a customer service situation. I feel sorry for anyone that goes to that club.

I've had hit or miss experiences with there top shelf herb. Granted it's $5 cheaper than where I usually go but I'd rather be out $5 bucks than out $50 bucks. I see as good or better medication elsewhere for same price. Everyone I've known who's gotten clones from them has been fairly satisfied. Ditto; I hate their parking so so much. As far as the people there. The lady behind the desk and the old gentleman behind the counter were cool but some of the other employees get on my nerves. I haven't been in in awhile so maybe that's improved. Their sample jars don't have much in them so it's not always obvious what your 1/8 is gona' look like. Plastic bags kinda suck. I prefer glass jars. At least for 1/8s and up.

Since I am new to the med scene, I have been to one other club. Granted, my experience with clubs may be limited, but these guys are all hella cool, and the dog is sick. Even the girl who works out front seems totally cool. I like this spot cuz the atmosphere is always nice, I never feel rushed and I always enjoy what I leave with!

The staff are neither overly friendly or holier than thou, which is refreshing in clubs today. I've gotten cheap low quality bags and more pricey bags of product, and you really do get what you pay for. Tasty buds can be found, tasty edibles too.

Only complaint would be their clones, as someone noted below. They lost 9 of 24, so probably didn't know what they were doing, but I've got some experience and the only two clones to die on me this year came from here. Nice plants, just not allowed to root nearly long enough to sell to someone who may or may not be a novice.

I have been a patient here for over a year I don't know why anyone would talk bad about them. I have gone to other places but I always go back to them. Lots of smoke, babys and hash. The staff has no problem taking the time to educate on whatever they can. I must say the staff are way cool but their parking sucks.

No 8th over 50!

I have visited all the clubs in the Sac Valley. Out of all I think this is the best. Prices are fair $50 an 8th, most places are 60-65. Great edibles, clones, smoke. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Only recommendation is to wear shoes or the dog will lick your toes.

Marconi Medical Center is by far the best dispensary in Sacramento. For a few reason they are compassionate, by having the best prices on their quality medicine. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely sincere. They also have an amazing dog that loves people. :)

I had recently went to another club where someone was saying how rude these guys are, I had to stick up for them. But after visiting myself for the 3rd time I to have agree. Drop the ego and you guys could be the 4th best club in town.

Good prices and the meds are the best in Sacramento! I have looked and this is the best club in the valley. The maui and supper silver are number 1!!

I normally shop here for the good quality and easy in and out capabilities, but the last few times i have gone i have noticed the gram and eight baggies were not the correct amounts. i bought two grams in individual bags, one weighed 0.6 the other 0.8. when i called to ask about it, the owner told me i was full of it.

I would not recommend that anyone go to this place unless you have your own scale to ensure correct weight!

I get the impression the staff just recommends what isn't selling. If a particular product sells well, expect them to raise the price.

Bags are usually fair, although I have been offered some pretty stemmy 1/8's. They seem fair here, aren't out to rip you off (at least it seems that way).

Quality runs anywhere from decent to good medicine. What they recommend is not always what seems to be their best quality. I've seen them raise prices from one day to the next for the same product. They won't rip you off (at least so far).

After I visited the Marconi Medical Center, I was sadly disappointed. The "vibe" inside the club was quite uncomfortable due to the staff's unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. The prices were average, which is a refection of their product quality as well.

This is the first medical club I've visited. The staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. The medicine is off the hook... I'd like to see prices come down a little bit though. The edibles are great.

Out of all my visits here I have yet to see this dog.... Maybe im not getting the good stuff ;)

I must not be trippn if i cant see the lil guy. As for quality and standards they have are bar none for everything. And the sugar free selection, I am personally appreciative for, being as I am a diabetic.

Four straight visits in a row I visited this dispensery and was charged top dollar for medicine full of seeds with a guarantee of "quality" medicine included. I suffer from migraines amongst other symptoms. This issue has caused me great discomfort. I was assured these are not seeds, but only hermaphrodite buds because the seeds are not fully developed. This from the owner's mouth. After taking my "quality" medicine, my migraine worsened. Would this be acceptable medicine for patients in a pharmacy?

Decent prices, pretty high quality buds. Maybe not the nicest people (in terms of 'smiles'), but they are definitely intelligent and run a good operation.

Although I'm going elsewhere for the time being (discovery), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

I've been going here for a while now after trying 5-6 others in Sacto. A month ago I would have said there is no better, but recent experiences have changed that.

I generally buy 1oz per week and most every time go by their recommendations.

The last two times I've had an employee recommend something to me. Minutes later someone will walk in who apparently they know or like better who will ask their opinion on the same medicine. Their response to them is a shake of the head or to tell them they don't want that one.

Hearing these guys trying to save their buddy $60 on bad product but eager to unload ounces to me at $350 each gets old.

I've a member of most clubs in Sac and I have to say Marconi Medical is by far the best. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Try the coffee cake. All I smoke is the purple for the flavor and these guys always have the best kush in town hands down.

Fast and friendly. Easy access. They had what I needed, plants. Looks like they had a good selection of herb, medical munchies and hash. Wish I found this place long time ago (Oakland is a looonnnng drive with a bad back). Thanks to the staff for taking the risk to get meds to those in need.

Marconi Med Center is the only cannabis club Ive ever been to. They always have great meds, hash, kif, edibles. Unfortunately out of 24 clones I bought 9 simply would not grow and 3 turned hermaphrodite and 4 of them are of somekind of super weak ass strain that they said was S.A.G.E. x OG kush. But the plants that made it are very high quality.

Excellent meds, the purps are great, the hish is tremendous, scream cream is the best edible I've had, by far. Everything always in stock, best prices, cool folks run the place, what more is there? They even got a cool dog!

Very friendly staff, easy to ask for help many are models of there products which give you a hands on aproach to how it could help or affect you and your medical problems but i was there like 12 in the afternoon and they wouldnt have clones out till 4 that was dissapointing. Great selection with everything they have killer maui. if they got it i got it, bomb fire purp too. bomb erckle 100% grapes

Hands down the best cannabis club in Sacramento.

This is the best cannabis club in Sacramento, Bar None!! The Marconi Medical Center has a wide variety of babies, edibles, and the Medicine is high quality never over $50. The staff makes this place, they are Very Helpful, and also have great attitudes! If you haven't been to this dispensary then your missing out!
