Sacramento Medical Marijuana Patient Reviews

First visit to J Street, what a disgrace. The collective's appereance is horrible like a students room. I get verified by the staff who are somewhat rude and in their own world you could say. I went back to the medicine room, and it's so small with no place to step as the backroom was very busy. They have different strains and somewhat decent edibles, but the clones are garbage. The cannabis doesn't look very cured and tastes awful. The edibles seemed to be cooked by a ten year old and were very sweet and not potent. They have lowsy customer service and no knowledge of the cannabis they were selling. I was truly dissapointed by what they call their top shelf. And it's definetly not worth the price. The effect doesn't even last twenty minutes. Awful. |

This was my first visit to J Street .First of all, the place is a pigsty. It looks like a tornado hit a college dorm. The staff is somewhat decent but it seems like their in their own world and rude. I went back to their medicine room which is the closet of a student's room. The selection is okay, but all their flowers are unflushed and outdoor garbage! The edibles are too sweet and taste like a child cooked them. They have no potency at all. The clones are very novice and are infested. I suggest another closeby collective. |

All I can say is that this place sucks. The staff is uneducated, the medicine is untested and overpriced out door ( other then 1 type of medicine called "Haliquen"), which I have seen in the bay area and is a quality product. When I entered the store, the employee on duty seemed to be so medicated that he couldnt finish a sentence. What a total dissapointmen.Save your time and money, this place is a joke |

I have been going to J Street Wellness since November, 2009. In fact, the first time, I went in there to get information about getting a prescription. The budtender answered all my questions and was very helpful. I have been coming back ever since. They always treat me with respect and have been very helpful in bringing in a variety of edibles and other products for people like me that are not allowed to smoke anymore. I have emphysema and COPD. I will always be grateful for the help and kindness I've been shown at J Street Wellness. |

This is the worst dispensary I have ever been too. They do not test their products so the content of their " medicine" as they call it is unknown to them. Flowers were infected with bertrites mold and sprayed with comercial pesticides (poison to humans). The eatables are made in an employee kitchen which is illegal and unsafe. a commercial kitchen is required when ur selling food so u dont get people sick ie (salmanilla). They're going to make people sick by selling poison to people who are already sick to begin with. |

I have been going to this place since it opened and have never looked back. The staff is kind, courteous, and just good people. They carry a wide selection of strains with tons of edibles. I have been going there for two years and they always have something new. They have great deals on great bud. Most importantly, the owner is professional and committed to safe quality access for patients. I have been to many shops in the Midtown/Sac area and this is the best quality friendly place in town. |

This is the biggest disgrace to the medical marijuana industry that I have ever seen. First we walked up and the guy at the window was rude off the bat. "Are you vendors?" "No we are just checking it out". They verified us and let us in; I saw that they had some plants along one wall so I just walked over to check them out. They were 110% ridden with mites. Mites everywhere. I was scared to be inside that place. I asked if they were actually selling them, one lady said yes and then the rude guy looked up and corrected her and said "No" three times. I stated, "I’m staying far away from those". We looked at the top shelf stuff they had and it was decent outdoors. Now anyone that knows anything knows that they are probably buying this stuff for $2500 give or take for a pound. $55 for an 8th of decent outdoor is murder. I asked the guy showing us the product how their vending works, he had no idea. The rude guy interrupted him by saying "I thought I already told you we aren’t talking to any vendors!" "I'm not vending I'm just curious" he said "oh yeah well we'll talk about it another time, I'm sure we'll be talking soon anyways". Yeah thanks jerk, no one should support this joke of a business and their mite haven. Do not go to this club, it's terrible. |

Ok, J Street Wellness I said I would write you guys a review and here it goes. First impression on the street going in was comfortable. Couch chairs etc., then I ask where to put my card/recomendation and the guy goes "READ THE SIGN" so I tell him I don't want to fold my papers/rec, because the slot in the glass is no more then 2 inches. So I get in and it's not bad inside. The guy there is cool so is the cute Asian owner. Anyway I ask for my papers/card back that I had just got from my doctor 30 minutes before going to this club. I went to was this one. Anyway, the guy at the counter goes I gave it to you before and then the cool guy goes on this AND My PAPERS ARE CRUNCHED UP IN THE TRASH CAN so they make a copy after I asked and the hand me my recommendation back and said "maybe you can iron it so she's cute" so I unwrinkled it and it has a little tear 'copy was a black streak on it." The only dank strain they had there I bought an 8th ask if it was 45 like the other 8ths they said 50. So I said ok, got a pretty nice preroll for being a first timer with papers and lighter. Look people, I'm not here to make fake reviews/better meds, papers in garbage that I was told to Iron... attitude from the front counter. Without those things you would have been given 2 stars and please get some better meds. It's harvest season for PETE SAKES. |

This is the best cooperative in the downtown area! Hands down!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the product is all top shelf. They have such a wide variety of products, so those of us who need alternatives to smoking are always felt taken care of and helped. Their selection of edibles is uncomparable to any other club I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Some have unheard of potency potential and they are always available and fresh! It's a truly wonderful experience and I will not go anywhere else! The choice options are pretty much unlimited - I mean come on, where else can you get ice cream at a reasonable price??? Everywhere else I know of is extremely expensive, not as potent, and smaller quantities. They also have candies (wonderful!!!) and a whole range of butters and other products. Try the sauces!!!! Put a little of their chocolate sauce in your morning coffee and bam!!! Delicious medicated mocha!!! Delish!!! :D |

Awesome! This is the third one I have been to and definitely the best so far! Location is within walking distance to me and the staff was very friendly and helpful for someone who doesn't know too much about cannabis in general. Made the other two clubs look horrible! Nice sized selection, with the names and pics of each type along with a large blown up pic of the bud under a microscope, very helpful in making a decision, and a good selection of edibles arranged in a fashion so you can pick easily. I was very pleased with their service, prices, selection, and location. I can't wait to go back and try some of their ice cream! Yummy! |

My first visit to Sacramento area. They accepted card/or Doctors Recomendation. On street pay-parking went at 12pm and parking is easy. Friendly and knowledgable about products. Lots of variety of high grade, loads of edibiles, and the prices are very reaonable. I bought some high grade but not strong as I have had the same at different locations. (bay area much better) I would go back if in the Sacramento area, the location is safe and ample restaurants in the area if you get hungry. The Staff is very, very nice. A free gift for the first visit! |

I've only been to one other club and the staff there was personable and polite, but then I came to j street wellness and I've never went anywhere else. You really find a family of people here who will care about you. Gay, straight or zombie-movie-freak-weirdo. They take all kinds. |

When I first received my legit documentation to induce of my medicine, I had to hit up all the clubs immediately. Out of 20 this has to be the top notch, great bud-porn pics and nice crystals. Relaxed atmosphere and the ganja is all natural. Hit it up! Hella different strains. |

Great location and friendly staff. This club also always has a great selection and is willing to bring in strains patients recommend. I have tried everything from their outdoor, indoor, edibles, salve, hash, and joints and have never been disappointed, especially since they always have something for someone of a budget. |

I've been there twice. The first time it seemed like the guy was just starting out. He had about 8 strains of meds and limited edibles. Second time I visited was about 3 months later. I got bad vibes off the bat. More strains were available but they were still limited to about 14. Edibles sucked hard. I bought a few and had one that night. Zero results. The following day I had 3 and once again nothing. I mostly had the brownies and the chocolate chip cookies. They tasted good but thats about it. Lastly the folks hanging around made me feel as unprofessional. The owner was nice, but everyone else hanging around made it seem like someones garage. I dunno, maybe it was just me. Overall thumbs down! There's plenty of other shops with better selection and better experience. |

The location is the only good part about this club. All the meds are complete bammer - all crappy outdoor. Nothing in this club I would pay over $20.00 an 1/8th for. Budtenders were completely clueless and knew nothing about cannabis. They didn't even know the difference between Indica and Sativa. Better places to go downtown for sure. |

I have been to almost every dispensary in the greater Sacramento area, and J street is by far the best vibe and experience I have had. The budtender is welcoming and you don't feel like you are just doing a shady drug deal with a thug behind the counter. The prices are on par with everyone else and it seems they are way more community orientated, not just a quick cash grab that has a fancy spray painted store front. |

Always a relaxed atmosphere. Instead of standing behind some sort of barrier, waiting for my script to be verified, feeling out of place, I sat at a desk with the budtender and caught half an episode of Golden Girls. How's that for comedy? Very nice variety in strains. Great place to assemble a "chocolate box." |
