I have been going to this club for 3 years now, and they always have top notch product at great prices with tax included. The edible selection is wonderful and they have many strengths and sizes for all users. By far the best club in sac! |

I don't understand why there are no reviews on this club. They offer so much more than meds it's crazy. Please if you have not talked to the crew at Capitol Wellness Collective, do yourself a favor and do so. |

Please try other options in Sacramento. I have half a bag with mildew inside the nuggets. The quality control is truly poor and they won't give my money back. |

This is my favorite spot in Sacramento. Don't understand what the deal is with the other reviewers. Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Free massages! Whats not to like! |

The medicine at CWC is top notch, the best in town at the best price. This collective has the most loving environment, helpful staff and gentle spirits. I've collected a ridiculous amount of jars from this place, I've never been shorted, gotten mold or had anything but the best experience. |

They don't even get a star!!!! They will sell you medicine that has mold and powder mildew. They only exist to make money and really dont care about the patients! What a joke that it is... just another way to take money from the company to party with!!! Oh don't forget about the hospice house and garden that have been sitting for a year!! If your a vendor stay away they won't pay you! CWC sucks and so does the medicine and the employees are a joke! |

i love cwc. i have suffered with chronic pain for 7 years. after moving to sac from sf, i was a little worried what kind of clubs they would have here. the day i got my recommendation i first went to a different club and the to capitol wellness on 29th. They are amazing and offer many different services. they have free massage from a very good massage therapist. they have tons of different classes and groups. i would and have recommended people here. they have good products and the staff is very friendly and know a lot about their inventory. thanks cwc! |

Ok, this place is pretty cool, lil' gansta fresh vibe, but yo like how you gonna sell hash that looks like what my BF scraps outta his bong with a coat hanger, like OMG!! Please don't do that, that's not hash yo, that's straight up resin, fool!! Other than that, I like 420 style of the sell room, people are cool, but like serious yo, watch out for buds wifout crystals cause that happens too! Stay up!! :) |

These guys kief the medicine before selling it to you! I bought an 8th for $50, of what they reccommended to me as the best meds in that range. Total garbage. I'm not going to blame the medicine, it looked and smelled good, but after I grinded the whole 8th with my brand new grinder. It had zero kief. I smoked the whole 8th in one day and did not feel a thing! These guys are lame. I will not go back. |

Capitol Wellness is my favorite dispensary in Sacramento.I feel really safe there because I Know that there wont be people medicating illegally outside endangering the well being of all the patients. Yes, it is illegal to medicate in a public place especially out side of a doctors office or bank and attracting the wrong attention!!!!! As a medical marijuana user, Knowing your limitations and boundaries is a major factor for safety, your not untouchable. |

I go here every Friday to pick up my meds and not once have I gotten any bud with barely any crystals on it. Unless it was like a cheap tension, but still that's normal. |

Poor reviews are very true about this club. I never write reviews about anyting, but I feel an obligation to write one this time to protect all sacramento area club-goers. |

For my first club visit they were very nice. Once I knock on the door, because you can't see through their white screen door. The gaurd said, "Can I help you?", and I had to slip my paper work under the door. They let me in and I had to fill out three pages of work. |

I've been to this place twice. The service was excellent first time but second time I arrived right when they opened, parked in front, and my girlfriend gave me my money(while we are still sitting in her car). I get out and security says I can't go in because he saw her give me money?!!? WTF? Well glad there are many to choose from :) |

This club has gone way down hill since I started going to it. Run by a bunch of kids. The security guard is a real pain in the ass. This guy has to be the most uptight guy ive ever seen at a club. He kicked me out for supposebly smoking in the parking lot on over a block away! |

This weekend of August 1st, CWC had a very limited selection with only 1 sativa variety available (Blue Dream), and only 2 indica meds available. They usually carry many different strains buy not recently. I know that it's the middle of summer and all, but they did not have this prpoblem last year. |

Really I just don't understand these reviews. I've tried many clubs in the Sacramento area and for the price and selection, CWC reigns supreme. |

I've only been in Oakland before. Here I notice a differance. Free lessons in Yoga, gardening, cooking, it'a all you want to know. I'm taking advantage of this and want to get my learn on! Thank you what a place! |

This place is a disgrace to the medical community in general. They kicked me out for supposedly smoking in the parking lot on 13th street (The club is on 14th). Do they own 13th street or the parking lot ? No they don't. Can they prove it ? No, they only suspect. Is there a law against it? No. I went there today and the security guard said "Donald guess what? Your banned from our club for smoking," in a smart tone of voice. Its just as well, so I went to see another
club. What a difference. I got some private reserve Eurple that blows away anything Captitol Wellness has to offer. |

Yeah this place has nice meds, but the return of dispensary glass jars policy needs a little fine tuning. We're out of raffle tickets so heres an IOU. Hello whose gonna accept this? |

I only visited this place a couple of times. And I do like the ambiance. The place has a good feeling about it. I read some comments about the "paranoia" of staff, in regards to security, but I don't blame them. Medical Marijuana, even though it's been around 5 years, is still a growth industry. |

I'd heard about the two CWC places. Anyways, I went to check out Capitol Wellness Center and the first thing that happened was my getting screamed at because I didn't put my I.D. in straight enough for him in their poorly contructed hole. Well, he didn't like that much. It's not his fault though. He obviously needs to bluster. |

I've been to many clubs in sacramento, and this place is so far the best. It's not one of those clubs where you can walk in and have a worker get you in and out asap. Everyone is down to earth and very caring; and about the buds: separated sativa's and indica's and a edible list, they have concentrates from tinctures, olive oil, and also water/dry sift. There are 2 locations, but both carry the same quality of medication. |

Large selection, but the staff that work the counter are all completely self absorbed, spaced out phonie, wannabe hippies that were all born after 1985-1990 and try to pretend they're the coolest downtown kids you ever met, because they work at a "collective". Too bad the majority of the people that frequent the joint are all 18-25 year olds that all pull up with their friends packed in the car, already tokin, while the security guard looks the other way because the kid is friends with the other wannabe hipsters inside. And can somebody tell those women that work behind the counter there to stop dancing around like they're at a Dead concert (that they never went to because they were still in junior high) and help me with my questions....oh but then one of their poser friends walk in and you are suddenly not there anymore! Fire everyone that works there and start from scratch, preferably someone old enough to rent a car! |

In response to the post by Juney B on May 5th on how price fluctuation is bad, well that is simply irrational. Do you stop using gas stations because they change their prices daily?!!! Cannabis is an agricultural commodity just like coffee, soy beans, and orange juice- all of which are subject to the price changes based on market conditions(supply and demand). CWC is the model for how a dispensary should operate. Their selection and quality is usually the best in town, however currently it has been a little inconsistent. Moreover, the competition of having 20 medical clubs in town should keep the prices in check. I remember when Sac clubs sold the premium meds for $65, now their is basically a cap on the $60 price point. CWC is still my favorite club and I have been to them all. They give the most back to the community, and recycle their fancy jars. Keep up the good work! |

For my first dispensary visit I must say it was very pleasent. Workers were all nice and friendly, got a free $4 edible for my first visit. Liked the Hemp store they had and all the classes to take part in. I'm giving a 4 star rating cuz I didn't see the clones if they had any at all I don't know I was in a rush and had a ride waiting so I just got a 8th of some indica called "Ingrid A" really nice sedative buzz I was looking for but the only thing I don't like about Ingrid A is that you go from feeling nice and medicated to "whoa I'm totally sober all of a sudden" the buzz just disappears which may be good for some folks. The effects lasted about a good hour or two and had me wondering if I should\'ve gone with the Fire Grape Ape I was looking at first... Next time |

I have been going to capital wellness for almost 3 years now. They offer several different things to their patients. Yoga, life counselors, massage, guitar lessons, etc. All of which are free to the patients. I only wish i lived closer to the club. Everyone there is soo kind and very helpful! I would recommend this collective to any patient! |

I have been going here for almost 2 years and have said to my self that I will never by medicine from their again. Why? Because they have raised and lowered their prices so much that it makes them look bad and it is also very bad business. I remember last winter when I walked in and all the prices were lower, I was so happy and asked is this going to be forever, they replied yes we have lowered are prices for good. 2 months later what do you no prices are back to normal high $55 an eighth. Bad business, sorry CWC all you are great but the price change back and forth is just wrong. |

This is my favorite dispensary in Sacramento (at least north of HWY 50...I haven't been to some of the one's south of Sac). There is only one dispensary I've been to that beats this which is the only reason I don't rank CWC 5 stars. |

Let's be real. CWC is truly the model for how dispensaries should be run. No. They are not giving meds away, but I do know that my money is spent bettering the community. The hospice house program is a great project bringing stability to some of the most vulnerable patients in the collective. Tearing down a burned down crack-house to make a community garden is a transformative project that will surely make our community a nicer place to live. |

Have been going there for about a year and a half now. Most of the time there is a great selection of sativas, indicas, hash and edibles. Only once was I disappointed by the selection and it was the day before Super Bowl which may explain it. I also got my first senior discount of my life there. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. |

This is a really nice building with a lot of phony employees. When you volunteer there you get caught up in personal conflicts between employees. They also misrepresent their product with enticing names that have no relation to what it actually is. They will label low grade Sativa as GDP! |

This place is a real trip, they "Threw me out" for asking questions, and also not waiting my turn after they helped two that came after me, can you believe it? I have never been treated so poorly in my life at any business, sheesh what can a guy do? Go to better clubs where at least your treated like a human being, instead of a piece of trash. |

Wow! What a beautiful place our new CWC! Spacious, wheel chair access love, compassion, top quality meds, reasonable prices, And a dedicated staff. I've been a patient at CWC for 4 years they have become family! Not to mention my life line. All the people there has started my long walk with me back then! Every one there comes out to put their arms around my frail body and say we love you! All these negative remarks about CWC, I bet none of them spoke out for a cause! Shame shame.
Some of those who spread trash and ride the coat tails of terimnal patients! How sad! I say feel happy for all of us to have a safe, wonderful, Place full of love and compassion. While we are slowly dying! Smoe people are never happy! All the negative remarks are so untrue! The kindest word they can say is better not said at all. |

I am amazed how are you just a money sign and true love and care for humans in not there! People try to act like they care, but inside all they care about is themselves and the almightly dollar! I remember when this club first opened and at first I really liked it and the people. Now they have these people who when you ask for one eighth for $50.00 they tell you they will get in trouble. Lets see, I've been buying meds from them since they first opened and this is how I get treated! True love without bias is what is needed, may all find it! Peace out! |

Wow a lot of complaints for little reason. Is there any other place that offers you massages while you go get your herb? Or free edibles for standing in line? Or grow classes to teach you how to grow your own meds so you don't soley depend on collectives! The prices are no different than anywhere else even the streets. At least you know here your getting quality meds and it's organic. |

I have been a patient for about 3 years now, and this is the only club in sacramento that I go to. I've been to many other ones, but this specifically seems to be the best. Everyone is super nice and on a first name basis with the members of the collective. They are full of knowledge on the healing elements of herb. This collective also offers more classes on a variety of subjects than I think we even had in high school. This place has done wonders in my life, and makes me a much more accepting person of my condition and how to help it. |

Seems there all about making money these days and the customer comes in second! I payed $55 for a Purple Neopaled and they gave me a lower grade Purple Kush and said I was wrong for not catching the mistake and they said no exchange! They made the mistake and blamed me! They don't care about you just your money! |

Liked Capitol Wellness Center before the change in management or whatever happened there. Some of the same faces, but it does not feel safe anymore. Too many gang banger types and not the hippie compassionate place it used to be. |

Great for all their services, but I go elsewhere for my meds. No mixing and matching. Big bummer! :-( Guy behind the counter told me once they can't because of "taxes" but that makes no sense to me. And so much of their menu you can only get in certain quantities. Because of how they work their 'pre-weigh' system there are always so many quantities of certain strains not available. X's all over the board. Hard to explain but if you go there you'll know what I'm getting
at. I wish it was more simplified and they allowed mixing and matching. It's not rocket science. Doesn't make keeping the books much harder. Most places across the state are happy to mix and match. I think they use to mix and match a long time back. Wonder why they stopped? The person who operates the place is really a sweetheart. So is the chick with the wicked hair in the front. The new security is nice but I miss the old. |

This is the first collective I have been to and I was impressed with their selection. The staff was very helpful. Try the Ingrid A or the F-1 Hybrid they are excellent medications. The prices are not a bargain but they are competitive with what is out there. I would highly recommend this collective. |

I love them too, for all of the same reasons expressed by MK, and am glad I recently found them. They consistently have the broadest menu in town of MMJ in all forms by far, and most often the best. I am hoping they remain a "best-kept secret" but felt the need to send props! |

This is a very patient friendly place with lots of supportive merchendise about medical. I liked the the way they let just four or five people at time go in to the murch room cuz that lets everyone get the extra help they need for selecting there matching meds. |
