I've supported this club since they opened their doors over 4 years ago, but as with other reviews the rudeness and lack of knowledge of the rude guy is an issue yet owner is blind to the damage he has done all along. I donated food before Xmas to end up getting dumped on by them, so there is no compassion other than for themselves. I've been a long time vendor in the area and there are too many like me, vendors and patients that refuse to go back. I would give them no stars but can't post without at least one.

I can appreciate the discreet location. I am private with my patient status. The atmosphere seems very relaxed. There is a parrot in the lobby. I think he adds to the homely feel. The lab coats seem professional, and separates the employees from the patients. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the prices are awesome. Great meds at great prices! Money is tight these days, Canna Care makes it possible for me to fill my presciption, and still afford to eat.

I appreciate the discreet location. I don't advertise my patient status freely, I'm very private. It feels like home, with the relaxed waiting area. The parrot breaks the overwhelming feeling you get when first entering a dispensary. The uniforms give a professional feel, besides the fact you can separate employees from patients. Most importantly, the prices are awesome. Money is tight these days, but I still need my precription...ya know.

I've been to this place 3 separate times and each time I could not believe how utterly rude, rude, rude the guy is who works there. And I'm a friendly guy. I will never return because of this one employee. That's too bad for them because I spend about $500-$600/mo for my medicine. I'll spend it elsewhere and tell my friends to do the same thing.

I am a farmer of the earlier generation, I only associate marijuana in the botanical name sense. Don't let the buds get too dry. Leggy clones, mostly small nugget buds, everything from dirtweed to favorable indcas. The labcoat is a good touch, but the lobby is a pig sty. Nasty carpet and hood rat types going in and out buying grams. Clean up your act. This is a medical clinic, not a living room for bored people. Out of 5 clubs that I've visited in one day, you are second though.

The owners need to replace the one guy. He's rude, rude, rude. After dealing with his angry," why are you bothering me" attitude for about the 100th time, I give up. I'm taking my business elsewhere and it's not just me. I've got 2 other friends who won't go there anymore either, because of this 1 guy.

Admire their activism and advocacy, but drop the constant christian proselytizing! Every time you're in the waiting room, Dude is there spewing fundamentalist conspiracy theory. There is loud christian radio and/or large-screen ministry going most of the time.

Feels like the Soup Nazi sometimes, but they have good prices (taxed) that are sometimes of good quality.

As for the selection and prices, eh. The meds are mediocre. Only slightly better than street quality. Prices are fair. The rest of the staf are polite and friendly. Rose is a doll. Treat her right when you visit. The atmosphere is kind of ghetto. Place could be a little cleaner.

This year is my first year with a cannabis script since 2001. Also i've never been to clubs until this year and I have tried many. All have greeted me with a smile and compassion. After leaving there, yes the guy sleeping did make me feel like I walked in at the rong time, I felt belittled and the "greater" was so condasending on the way in and out, I could hardly keep the tears back. I use cannabis partialy for emotional disorder, it is very hard to go out in public. I expect compassion from a 215 club. Remember the "COMPASSIONATE" use act of 1996? It's not just a word. Thx for reading this.

This is the best club in town! Low prices friendly staff. Who gives the bad reviews? Patients or another club is what I want to know. I can see why the other clubs would be a little hostile ....can't compete with a club that is legitimate!

Seems no one gives this one a fair shake. Meds right now and for past month have been far more reasonable than most any other clubs lately. Pretty large selection too. Remember not everyone has it together all the time and it's not WalMart ! But it will improve your life.

This is the worst club the guy sleeps in the room that he looks at meds in he is real rude he wont let you touch any buds and will yell at you if you feel if a bud is dense .super rude the clones are all spindly. and they want to get a moritoriam so other people can not open up there own clubs.its a dingy place and the service is horible they also will show you 1 thing and sell you somthing completley diffrent in a sealed film container i give them 0 stars anyone that says anythiung good about this club is lying!

I am sorry, but if you run a business and you have your employees wear a doctor's outfit, why do you provide horrible service and quality of meds. I feel you should have prices that match that, and your overall product stinks. You shouldn't be rude to the customers.

This is the worst club in Sacramento. I would give them no stars if i could. The staff is rude. They talk down to you and try to intimidate you. The clones are terrible. There's no root development and the plants are very sickly looking.

Why are your prices so high Canna Care? You claim to be providing for the community, but you are really just ripping us off! They have the worst bud selection in sacramento too. They always only have a few to choose from, and if you want any quality at all, you're paying top dollar.

This club needs a few staff members that actually care. I've only been to this club a few times, and 26 days ago, I purchased 4 clones. These clones never grew. They were in the same soil, same sun, same everything as my other two, yet these four would not grow. Today it was obvious,they flowered.

This is why they would not grow, they were in the flowering stage from day one. I'm an experienced grower, and when I explained the situation to the staff, they said I had "shocked" my plants into flowering, then told me that they were indeed flowering from the get go. This wasted 30 days of my outdoor summer grow.They told me they are unable to tell customers that the clones they purchase may or may not be in this stage.

I like this club. Have been going to clubs for about 8 years. This club has great parking and security system, they watch you clear from your parking place. Very Good! I only buy clones, so I do not know about their product, but am impressed with the magnifing glasses, so you can see if there even is any medicine on their buds! Their clones are always bug free and they seem to carry mainly medical varities. One time I asked over e-mail, about one variety that I had never had seen there. Two days later, that variety was there to be bought. What a great club! Thank you! Makes me feel that it is my club. If the kid /non - med. people do not like security, professionality, maturity, quality meds and med clone varities, then they do not need to come to our club! I don't need to see them there. It is very easy to get to this club and I get from the club to freeway very quickly. The staff has always answered all of my questions about their clones, also. Medical quality only here. Great job Canna Care!

Seems as tho there's more pot snobs posting on here than ppl who really care that they have the choice to get meds at clubs. The white coat thing isn't any different than the first real Oakland club in Oakland. The one that started it all. In my opinion there are too many clubs not all have what it takes and use tactics to get patients to spend money at their place under cutting the whole deal we all share. Ii know owners personally and are great ppl not all can have the perfect situation all the time but I support their efforts.

I thought it was just me but they are very rude according to the people I have talked to. I even dare to say they're less then happy to see anyone who's not a blue collar type. I will never go back!! Worst dispensary ever! Unless you like feeling like your going to be robbed when leave, shot when you arrive, and basically looked at like every time you step through the door you're ruining their whole day by making them actually work and answer questions. And watch out for the guy in the white trench coat, he's the biggest jerk there....and screw their prices, they're probally double taxing. And to top it all off, their selection is worst then a high school kid selling brown weed outa their van.

Yes, clubs do have to pay tax on the medicine that they sell, but Canna Care is the only club in Sac that I know of that adds the tax to the price of the medicine. The other clubs include the tax into the price of the medicine. I guess that Canna Care has to pay for their white coats somehow.

Ok location, cool bottles that the meds come in, really no selection, quality is mids, and tax is collected. Guy at the door both times I went was definitely either an ex-cop or an off duty one. Either way, not good,especially when you can clearly see the gun he's wearing.

Don't let these guys fool you on the tax! Their are many clubs in town that don't charge the patient sales tax it's built into the price of the medicine. Check out some of the other clubs.

Took me a long time to actually visit this club, went in the other day and was pleasantly suprised with the quality of meds. Agree, the lab coats are weird and the people are kinda weird but thats to be expected in "Alternative" medicine. The Triple X was grown to perfection!

For all of those complaining about the taxes, you might be aware that this is one of the only ways for them to stay legit. They have been around the longest and for them to continue to stick around and help us out, they must charge tax. So quit complaining and be thankful. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, with a great selection, thanks guys and gals!

I have visited several dispensaries in the Sacramento area before deciding on Canna Care as my primary pharmacy. The dispensary is located in a discrete area, security is tight making you feel at ease. The dispensary has an array of medications at reasonable prices. I highly recommend that you patornize Canna Care.

This place sucks! Their meds are bunk, they have no idea what good meds are. And to the guy behind the counter, rude as hell! The guy should be fired. I will never go there again. I am not a happy camper!

I have been there about 8-10 times. The security isn't as uptight as some places. But the prices are quite high if you want medical grade herb. And the taxes/fees are added on top of the already expensive price. They also don't have much hash or hash oil. Clones are bad as well, don't buy them. Also no deals what so ever (even new customers). They can definetely be beat in price and quality at other places.

I went there for the first time the other day. They had a selection of about 5 or 6 different strains. Only one strain stood out and was about $58 an 1/8 after tax. It was definitely one of the better strains I've gotten from the clubs in Sacramento. The other strains looked decent and were about $48 to $40 an 1/8 before tax. The staff up front were very friendly.

At first I didn't like this club, the meds were not crackin and the prices were downright theft. Over the last few months though they have really stepped their game up! The selection has improved and they consistantly have at least 1 or 2 fire strains worth the $51 price tag, and they always have the mids for those on a budget! The clones are on point, I harvested 165 grams of the dankest White Widow off of just 2 plants under a 600 watt hps! By far this is the best club in the 916,good crew, good meds and decent prices. Although I'd rather make it home to Oakland or Frisco for bigger quantities, better selection, and better prices, there is no better than Canna Care in the Sactown area! Keep it up y'all!

My first time going to Canna Care was a good experience. The staff was very professional and clean. They had a good selection with some clones that I did not check out. No 1/8 over $52 after tax. I have been to several other clubs in Sacramento and this one topped them all.

Really do not like this store, poor quality meds and arrogant staff. They even had the Jerry Springer show on the tv in the lobby! What's wrong with some music or anything besides Jerry Springer? Was a very odd experience. Many friendlier stores out there, I will go see them instead.

I've got to agree with one of the last people reviewing...the guard was nice. This place is the worst I've visited since getting my MMJ card. And it was one of the 1st places I tried...thinking that because it was next door to the ASA office they would be good, and perhaps representative. Not so! They charge tax! That's the 1st off putting thing, once I found out no one else does, their selection is always 2-3 items!, and the lady at the desk wouldn't give you the time of day. This is the worst club I've been to.

I wouldn't recommend going here unless you are desperate for your medicine. They had two or three strains in and they looked about as close to bammer without being bammer you can get. The coats are a bit off putting and the lady at the desk wasn't as humble as I've grown accustomed to with the other dispensaries within a few minute drive. The only person that was nice was the security guard. I'd say have him be the customer service and the others be the security.

Being from Silicon Valley, I have been to all the clubs in Santa Cruz (where you are literally treated like a criminal, metal detectors and all), and several in Oakland.

This was a refreshing change. It was a seemingly "family" like atmosphere. Even as they did the mandatory check, they were casual and friendly.

The selection was decent, not overwhelming. And best of all, they had really nice crystal full buds for $40 or $45 and eighth.

I look forward to more good Sacramento experiences!

This club has a great selection lately. My favorite has been Gods Gift, legends, and their Romulan/Sensi Star. It is a lil pricey but the end result has been worth it everytime.

First club I've visited, but well versed in the medicine. Staff was very friendly; when I called to ask for directions the receptionist was very helpful and the clerk was knowledgeable about the different strains as well as gave me some advice about which kind I should go for depending on what my symptoms were. Got some Sensi Star and am very satisfied with the results for the price.

First time I had been there since October 2006. The place is the same. Guard at door a little squirrley but nothing like the lady in the white smock who was as frazzled as she could be.

Buds: 3 types at two prices: Quality and Ok/Good.

I must agree that the smock coats are a little creepy. Nice waiting area.

At one time a great club, until the staff became unfriendly. Also, I started to notice, like others, they were pointing me to old outdated buds or food, after going there for awhile. If anyone thinks there buds are priced at a fair price for what it is, you must not go to many other clubs...worst prices for what it is. 10 percent of the time are you going to get something decent. Then again its going to be purple, if its even purple. I wont even get started on the clones that's a rant and a half. They sold purple fire, not rooted and algae ridden?? Purple fire...its not even a strain??? Never going back dont waste your time unless you really need meds....

I like this store, it seems nice to me. Nice people, friendly as they can be. The man in the back with the lab coat could be a little bit more helpful but maybe I'm not asking him the right questions, I dunno. They only had 5 different kinds of meds and there edibles were very weak. The price for the meds was $55 for an 1/8 for all of them. The guy selling me the meds was not helpful at all.

I hate to do it. This was at one time my favorite club but now the attitude of the management has just gotten out of hand. I will no longer be frequenting your club.

From the garbage clones you sell to the edibles that contain little or no medicine. Here's a tip, how bout you wait for the clones to root before you sell them for 20 bucks a pop. Also when someone asks "which is your favorite of the edibles"? how bout you tell them the truth instead of pointing them in the direction of the big pile of edibles no ones buying because they suck, just so you can get rid of them. Jerks. If you feel like wasting money go ahead. Oh and if your a regular thats been going for years and they treat you like gold, its probably because you spend a ton of money in there. I'm not trying to join some elitist club, I just want some meds. good day.

I thought this club was well priced and the staff extremely friendly. I prefer the "purps", and although the selection didn't show alot of purple color,the overwhelming delicious smell and taste of this medicine was unsurpassed! I hope they keep selling it. Seems like "kush" is now the new strain, but I think the urkle rules! Thanks Canna!

Whoever said this club sucks is retarted. $60 shwag bags? The Canna Care high-end stuff is $50 1/8th and its pretty damn good. This dispensary does charge sales tax, but Kaiser members with a Kaiser card get a 10% discount on everything. The staff is nice for the most part but there is a wierd guy working in the back sometimes.

I love this place :-) Staff - Friendly, helpful, and very encouraging (especially going through cancer like I am). hardly a wait, Christian atmosphere, clean, feels safe, and they truely are involved and care about the people they provide safe access too. I tell every patient i meet about this place, they deserve to know!
